About NY Post

The New York Post is a conservative tabloid from New York and one of the oldest daily newspapers in the United States. It is now published by the associated with Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation.With a circulation of up to 700,000 copies, it is among the ten largest daily newspapers in the United States, behind USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Denver Post, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post and New York Daily News .The newspaper was, as the New York Evening Post, founded in 1801 by the politician Alexander Hamilton, who is regarded as one of the founding fathers of the United States.

At the time of Dorothy ship, which was nearly four decades, publisher of the newspaper, she had a liberal orientation. In 1977 she was bought by Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation and marketed as soon as all its leaves on a conservative course. Patriotism and related issues are emphasized.
